Along with all standard features of an Android based device (GSM, GPS, Camera, etc.), the DL-Axist integrates Datalogic’s core expertise in regards to barcode data collection and advanced imaging technology.
Combining industrial robustness, easy to use interface and Bluetooth, 3G/4G connectivity, the DL-Axist repre-sents one of the most advanced Android-based, ruggedized mobile computers featuring automated data collection. While developing this innovative barcode enabled handheld device, Datalogic was seeking a partner with an in-depth expertise in Android and Linux low level development, coupled with a proven experience on Texas Instruments OMAP™ based architectures.
